App: “Tarot — spreads & meanings” (iOS/Android), available worldwide.

2. Summary

No account is required. You can use the App anonymously. Your spreads and notes are stored locally on your device.

3. Data we process

• Usage events (clicks, in-app navigation) to improve the product.
• Technical data possibly collected by analytics (IP address, device/ads ID, OS version, device model).
• Push notification token if you enable notifications.

We do not request access to camera, photos, microphone, or precise location.

4. Processors and transfers

We do not host your content on our servers. For analytics we use a third-party processor (e.g., Yandex AppMetrica) that processes aggregated data under our instructions.

5. Purposes & legal bases

• Provide App functionality — contract / legitimate interests.
• Analytics & diagnostics — legitimate interests (or consent where required).
• Push notifications — your consent via OS settings.

6. Advertising

No third-party personalized advertising SDKs are used.

7. Purchases & subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play. We receive only technical purchase information needed to grant access (e.g., receipt verification). We do not receive your card details.

8. Retention

• Analytics — up to 26 months.
• Push token — while notifications are enabled.
• Local data (spreads, notes) — on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Contact support@melexport.com. For local data, delete it in-App or uninstall the App.

10. Children

The App targets a general audience (4+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Security

We apply organizational and technical measures, including encrypted transport and data minimization.

We may update this Policy. The last updated date is shown above.
